How it will work
- Choose a restaurant and your dishes, and add any preparation instructions.
- Your order goes to an eligible SuperStar, who picks up the assignment.
- Your SuperStar checks availability with the restaurant and talks through your customisations with you.
- The restaurant confirms what it can prepare and the final amount; if the price changes, nothing goes ahead until you approve it.
- Your SuperStar sends you the restaurant's verified UPI details, and you pay the restaurant directly.
- Once the restaurant confirms your payment, your SuperStar collects the food and brings it to you.
- You pay the delivery fee directly to your SuperStar, who keeps all of it.
Pondy.org takes no sales commission. Your SuperStar passes messages between you and the restaurant and cannot change prices. Cancellations and refunds will be explained when the service opens.
